Given the amount of visual clutter bombarding us from all types of media these days, I like to try to do my part to calm the waters, so to speak. My goal is to transform your ideas into a visually compelling presentation; easy to understand and easy to use. Below are some of the projects that I would like to share.
The Guilford B & B
The Guilford Bed & Breakfast's new website is an introduction and tour of an elegant turn-of-the-century home in Guilford, Maine (USA) After extensive renovations the house was restored to its original splendor.
The owners then felt a need to renovate their website to reflect the character and quality of their beautiful home and we were anxious to try to meet their expectations. The site features many photos, some in slideshows that offer a glimpse of what visitors can expect when they stay there.
We also developed the new logo you see at the top of the page to go along with the general richly colored and textured theme carried throughout the site.

LynnKarlinPhoto.com is the site of one of Maine's most prolific and well-known garden photographers. She has several award-winning books to her credit; (Gardens Maine Style and Gardens Maine Style Act II available at Amazon.com).
If you've ever looked at a gardening magazine chances are you've seen some of her work. She also shoots interesting homes and interiors as well as amazing pictures of food.
This site is designed to show off the dazzling beauty of the photographs using a simple white, grey, black pallette, utilizing a thumbnail menu and slideshow format.

Maine Country Properties
MaineCountryProperties.com self-explanatory web address specializes in land and country homes in Central Maine. This is not your typical Real Estate templated site, and reflects the owners straight-forward "hands-on" approach to their business, both personal and professional.
The site is clearly divided into easy to navigate categories and allows the user to drill down to the details of any property, including among other things a Google map with site location
